YSYJ-300 Vertical Valve Test Bench — DN50 to DN400, water 40 MPa / air 0.8 MPa
The YSYJ-300 is a vertical valve pressure test bench covering DN50 to DN400, for butterfly valves, gate valves, welded-end valves and pipe fittings. Water test pressure reaches 40 MPa and a low-pressure air test at 0.8 MPa is available on the same frame, with an 80-ton top clamping cylinder.

How it works
The valve is clamped from above between the sealing plates, then the water circuit raises the body to the strength test pressure. An air circuit at 0.8 MPa is provided for a low-pressure tightness check where a water residue is not acceptable or where the specification asks for a gas test.
Compared with a DN50 – DN300 bench, the extra 100 mm of diameter is what this model is built for: DN350 and DN400 valves still clamp vertically with a single top cylinder, so a workshop can move up one size band without buying a second large machine.

Frequently asked questions
How is this different from the ZSYJ-300A?
The ZSYJ-300A covers DN50 – DN300 with an 80-ton clamp and a PLC sequence. The YSYJ-300 extends the range to DN400 and adds a 0.8 MPa air circuit, which suits workshops that also need a gas tightness check.
Is 0.8 MPa air enough for a pneumatic test?
0.8 MPa (about 8 bar) is enough for a low-pressure tightness check on valves for water or low-pressure gas service. If your specification calls for a higher pneumatic pressure, tell us and we will quote a different circuit.
Can it test welded-end valves?
Yes — welded-end valves are tested with weld-neck adapters instead of flange plates.
