ZZC2-200 Two-Station Automatic Gate Valve Testing Line — DN50 to DN200
The ZZC2-200 is an automatic two-station test line for gate valves from DN50 to DN200, built for production-line inspection rather than job-shop testing. Two valves are clamped and tested at the same time, and the PLC runs the strength, lower-seal and upper-seal sequence without operator intervention, logging each result and printing a test record.

How it works
An operator loads one valve on each station. The machine clamps both, fills, pressurises and holds, then reads the pressure drop and decides pass or fail before moving to the next stage. The full strength / lower-seal / upper-seal cycle runs from the PLC, so the result does not depend on how carefully the operator watches a gauge.
Because the two stations alternate, one can be reloaded while the other is still under test. The hydraulic and pneumatic circuits stay in use instead of waiting between valves, which is what makes a two-station line worth its footprint in a plant testing hundreds of valves per shift.
Every result is time-stamped and stored, so a batch can be traced afterwards — useful when a customer asks for the test record of a specific valve.
Test capability
- Strength (shell) test on the valve body
- Lower seal (seat) test
- Upper seal (back seat) test for rising-stem gate valves
- Automatic pass / fail from a pressure-drop threshold set by you
- Time-stamped result record, printable as a test sheet for the customer
- Two stations running in parallel for throughput
Who it is for
Gate valve mass producers, OEM valve plants, and incoming-inspection lines that have to test a high volume of DN50 – DN200 gate valves with a written record for every unit.

Specifications are shown for the standard configuration. Size range, clamping force, control level (manual / PLC / fully automatic) and voltage can be adapted to your workshop — tell us what you test and we will confirm the exact configuration in writing.
What is included with the machine
English manual, wiring diagram and PLC programme backup, sealing plates for the ordered size range, and spare sealing elements.
The print-out template is configured to the test sheet your customers expect — we set the fields (valve size, test pressure, hold time, result, date) during commissioning.
Frequently asked questions
Is the ZZC2-200 a single machine or a whole line?
It is a self-contained two-station bench: clamping, pressurising, judging and printing are all on the same frame. It can be fed by a conveyor, but it does not require one.
How many valves can it test per shift?
Throughput depends on the hold time you specify per valve and on how quickly the stations are reloaded. With two alternating stations the machine is normally limited by the operator, not by the hydraulics. Send us your required cycle time and we will confirm the configuration.
Can the pass / fail criteria be changed?
Yes. The pressure-drop threshold and the hold time are parameters, not fixed values, so they can be adapted to a different standard or to a specific customer specification.
Does it test valves other than gate valves?
The standard machine is configured for rising-stem gate valves. Other valve types are covered by our general-purpose benches — tell us what you need to test and we will point you to the right model.
