ZSYJ-300A Vertical Valve Pressure Test Bench — DN50 to DN300, up to 40 MPa

The ZSYJ-300A is a vertical hydraulic valve pressure test bench built for valve manufacturers and repair workshops that test butterfly, gate and ball valves from DN50 to DN300. It performs the strength test, seat leakage test and back-seat test in one clamping, with test pressure adjustable from 1.6 to 40 MPa and an 80-ton hydraulic clamping force.

How it works

The valve is loaded vertically between two sealing plates and clamped by an 80-ton hydraulic cylinder, so no manual flange bolting is needed. The operator selects the test sequence on the HMI; the PLC then fills, pressurises, holds and records each stage automatically.

Because clamping is vertical, large and heavy valves can be lowered onto the bench with a hoist from above. In workshops with limited floor space this is a practical advantage over horizontal benches, where the valve has to be rolled and aligned by hand.

Test capability

Who it is for

Valve manufacturers running end-of-line inspection, valve repair and reconditioning shops, pipeline maintenance contractors, and third-party inspection laboratories that need documented pressure test records.

Specifications are shown for the standard configuration. Size range, clamping force, control level (manual / PLC / fully automatic) and voltage can be adapted to your workshop — tell us what you test and we will confirm the exact configuration in writing.

What is included with the machine

Each machine ships with an English operation manual and electrical wiring diagram, a backup copy of the PLC programme, one set of sealing plates for the size range you order, and a set of spare sealing elements.

Commissioning support is given remotely by video call: our engineer walks your operator through the first test run, the pressure calibration and the pass / fail settings. On-site commissioning can be quoted separately.

Frequently asked questions

Which valve sizes can the ZSYJ-300A test?

DN50 to DN300 as standard, for flanged butterfly, gate and ball valves. Larger sizes are covered by our SYJ-600M and SYJ-600SQ models; smaller sizes by the SYJ-150.

Does it test with water or with air?

The standard machine is a hydrostatic (water) bench. An air / gas version of the same frame is available on request — tell us which medium you need when you ask for the quotation.

What is the lead time and price?

Price and lead time depend on the size range, clamping force and control level. Send your valve types and DN range and we confirm both in writing within 12 working hours.

Can the test results be recorded?

Yes. Pressure, hold time and pressure drop are displayed and stored by the PLC, so each valve can be traced to its test record. The record format can be adapted to the test sheet your customer requires.
