SYJ2-300-600 Dual-Station Valve Test Bench — DN50 to DN600 in one frame

The SYJ2-300-600 combines two test stations on one frame: DN50 – DN300 and DN350 – DN600. It covers butterfly valves, gate valves, ball valves and pipe fittings across the whole range at PN6 to PN100, so a workshop can test a small valve and a DN600 body on the same machine without changing benches.

How it works

Each station has its own sealing plate set and clamping cylinder sized for its range. The operator chooses the station on the control panel, clamps the valve and runs the test; the hydraulic circuit is shared, which is what keeps the footprint and the cost below two separate machines.

This is the practical answer for a workshop with a mixed order book: most valves are small, but a few large bodies arrive every month and would otherwise be outsourced or tested on an oversized bench at poor efficiency.

Test capability

Who it is for

Valve manufacturers and distributors with a mixed size range, and workshops that want DN600 capability without dedicating floor space to a large single-purpose machine.

Specifications are shown for the standard configuration. Size range, clamping force, control level (manual / PLC / fully automatic) and voltage can be adapted to your workshop — tell us what you test and we will confirm the exact configuration in writing.

What is included with the machine

English manual and wiring diagram, one sealing plate set per station, spare sealing elements, and commissioning by video call covering both stations.

Frequently asked questions

Do the two stations run at the same time?

They share one hydraulic power unit, so they are used one at a time. The advantage is range and floor space, not double throughput — if you need parallel testing, a two-station line such as the ZZC2-200 is the right choice.

What does PN6 – PN100 mean here?

It is the pressure class range the bench can verify. The actual test pressure is set per valve: the strength test is normally 1.5 times the nominal pressure, so a PN100 valve is tested at about 15 MPa.

Can it test fittings as well as valves?

Yes, on both stations with the appropriate adapters.

Which model should I choose if I only test up to DN300?

The ZSYJ-300A — it is a smaller single-station bench with the same pressure capability and costs less.
