SYJ-600M Vertical Clamping Valve Test Bench — DN350 to DN600, up to 10 MPa
The SYJ-600M is a vertical clamping valve pressure test bench for butterfly, gate and ball valves and pipe fittings from DN350 to DN600. A 126-ton top cylinder holds the valve between the sealing plates while water pressure is raised to 10 MPa, so large valves are loaded from above with a hoist and tested without manual flange bolting.

How it works
Large valves are lowered onto the bench from above and clamped by the 126-ton top cylinder. Because the load path is vertical, the valve sits flat on the sealing plate and the operator does not have to align a heavy body horizontally or bolt up a flange set.
The bench covers the size band where manual handling stops being practical and where a horizontal bench would need a very long stroke: DN350 to DN600. Fittings in the same range — large tees and elbows — can be tested with the appropriate adapters.

What is included with the machine
English manual and wiring diagram, one set of sealing plates for the ordered size range, and spare sealing elements.
Because the valves are large, commissioning also covers the hoist working height so the valve centre line meets the bench axis on the first lift.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a crane to use this bench?
Yes — for DN350 – DN600 a hoist or crane is the normal way to load the bench. If you prefer to roll valves into place instead of lifting them, look at the horizontal WBD-600.
Why is the pressure limit 10 MPa on such a large bench?
Because of the clamping area. Large diameters need enormous force to seal at high pressure, so the 126-ton cylinder is matched to the 10 MPa working pressure of PN6 – PN10 large valves. For higher pressure in large sizes see the SYJ-600SQ.
Can it test pipe fittings too?
Yes, with size adapters for large tees, elbows and reducers.
